Brain Power

Tonight I was watching Dr Daniel Amen talk about Brain Power. He has a new book out called
Change your Brain, Change your Life.

I was very impressed with the data he provided about our brain and how it works. More importantly how we affect our brains activity. Whether we are drinking or eating to much and how this affects our brain activity.

He really makes you stop and think how the simple things in life will affect how our brain acts.

I also liked how he described the reaction of the brain to sex and to meditation.
